IGSM Admission Fees

  • The fee for students (undergraduate and graduate students) was 100 €.

  • The fee for seniors (postgraduate students, PhD students...) was 150 €.

A required admission fee includes cost of accommodation, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), trips (buses and event tickets), workshops, lectures, tickets for parties... Admission fee is non-refundable (if you pay, but don't come to Zagreb, you will not be refunded)!

You should take into consideration that insurance is not covered by the admission fee. If you wish to get insured yourselves, please do so before your trip to Croatia!

Please note that an additional trip to Zadar is organized after IGSM 2010. If you decide to go, you will also need to cover expenses for that trip, which are additional 100 € per person, and need to be paid at the same time as the IGSM admission fee. If there are less than 40 people interested for the trip to Zadar, it will be cancelled, and the fee will be given back to you once you arrive in Zagreb.

Additional information

Also, a note regarding passports - even if your country is a member of European Union, you will still need to get your passport in order to enter Croatia (because Croatia is not yet a member)! If, however, your country is not a member of European Union, then you might even have to get a Visa. To get informed about whether or not you need to get a Visa, please visit the website of Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
